Cultural Handloom Hub in Badami
An innovative and elaborate site plan covering 6 acres in Badami for a handloom artisan center. The top view displays separate, carefully placed units including entry points for visitors and services, administration, storage, weaving production, training, dyeing, exhibition, retail, museum, and open plaza. Each block is uniquely designed to reflect Badami's architectural style with a Chalukyan cave-like influence, employing rock facades and a cohesive, yet not attached placement. The plan is complemented by thorough road and pedestrian networks.
