Gilded Mayor Statue Drama

Theater set design: Center: Golden statue: An oversized, ostentatious statue of the mayor, enthroned in the center of the village square of an Austrian village. The statue has not yet been completely gilded and is surrounded by scaffolding. As the piece progresses, more and more parts are added and gilded. Behind: Concrete wall in the background: The wall stretches across the entire back of the stage, bare and menacing, with barbed wire and floodlights at the top.
