Just enter your email on the login screen and we email you a one-time login code - typing the code signs you in and creates your account automatically. No password is needed. New emails may be asked to reply to a quick welcome email first to verify the inbox. You can also sign in with a passkey, or with Google or Microsoft on supported platforms.

Check your spam/Promotions folder and move our email to your Inbox or Primary folder. The code screen has a 'Send New Code' button (available after a 20-second countdown) and a 'Change Email' option. If you're a brand-new user, make sure you replied to our welcome/activation email - the login code is sent right after we receive your reply. You can also use the 'Resend' link.

Yes. Your account, subscription, and credits are shared seamlessly across the Tangra AI website and all native apps (iOS/Mac App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store). Sign in with the same email everywhere.

Each AI generation costs credits, and higher-end models cost more (from 1 credit for basic models up to ~25-30 for top-tier 4K and multi-reference models). You have a single shared balance across images, video, music, photos and voice. Purchased credits never expire as long as your account stays active.

A subscription (Pro $10, Premium $20, Ultimate $40 per month) gives you a monthly credit allotment (500/1000/2000), more parallel generations, more private storage, and unlimited generations with select Tangra models on Premium/Ultimate. Credit packs are one-time purchases (100/500/1000 credits) for pay-as-you-go use. Subscribers get about 50% off credit packs.

Share your referral link - you get 50 credits for each friend who creates an account (unlimited). You can also play in-app games, claim one-time bonuses (like Canva sign-in or leaving an app review), and apply promo codes at checkout.

Yes. AI-generated outputs are copyright-free and cleared for both personal and commercial use, including client-facing and revenue-generating projects. Tangra grants full rights to your outputs, claims no ownership, and requires no attribution.

Yes. You can upload photos, product shots, brand assets or reference images for editing, enhancement, style matching, or to drive image-to-video generation. Tangra includes photo-editing tools like background removal/replacement, object removal, relighting, color grading, upscaling and restoration.

Tangra curates many leading models. Images include Flux / Flux 2 / Flux Pro, Stable Diffusion XL, DALL-E 3, GPT Image (and Pro/Mini), Google Imagen 3/4 (Fast/Ultra), Nano Banana and Nano Banana 2 (Gemini), Seedream 4.0/4.5, HiDream, Titan 2 and Nova Canvas. Video includes Google Veo 2/3/3.1, OpenAI Sora / Sora 2, Kling, Seedance, Vidu, PixVerse, Minimax and Wan. Music includes Lyria 2 and Tangra's song/music models; Voice offers humanlike text-to-speech.

You can generate square, landscape and portrait images, plus many aspect ratios (1:1, 3:2, 4:3, 16:9, 9:16, 21:9 and more) at resolutions up to 4K depending on the model. Generated music is delivered as MP3. Videos support standard 720p/1080p and up to 4K on select models.

Most images generate in a few seconds; complex prompts or higher resolutions can take up to a minute. Video and music take longer. Premium and Ultimate tiers get faster and priority generation.

Open your account/profile page and click 'Billing' to open the self-serve Stripe billing portal, or click 'Cancel Subscription' - you'll receive a confirmation email from team@tangra.link. If you subscribed inside a mobile/desktop app, manage it through that app store's subscription settings.

From your account/profile (or Settings > Security) choose 'Permanently Delete Account'. You'll receive an email from team@tangra.link to confirm the deletion. Note that deleting removes your creations.

Uploaded assets stay private to your workspace and are not used to train public models. Tangra follows enterprise-grade security practices and keeps your data isolated.

Yes - you can explore Tangra and try generations (including via a guest/anonymous account or free starter credits) before subscribing.

Sign in, type a description in the prompt box, optionally choose a model and add style adorners, then click Generate. The image appears in your My Images gallery when it finishes.

You can choose from Tangra's own models (Photorealistic, Fictional, Text, Fast, Art) and leading third-party models including Flux and Flux 2, Stable Diffusion XL, DALL-E 3, GPT Image, Google Imagen 4, Nano Banana, Seedream, Krea, HiDream, Titan 2 and Nova Canvas.

You can generate square, landscape and portrait images, with many extra aspect ratios and resolution tiers up to 4K on select models, and custom width/height up to 2048 px. Finished images download as high-resolution PNG files.

In simple mode you enter a few keywords and Tangra writes a full prompt for you. Advanced Mode gives you a free-form prompt box (up to about 2000 characters) plus extra controls like number of images, so you have full control over the result.

Yes. Reference-capable models (such as GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedream and References) let you attach one or more uploaded images via file, drag-drop, paste, your gallery, or your phone using a QR code, and you can also AI-edit any generated image.

Each model has a credit cost shown on the Generate button. You can buy credits or subscribe to Pro, Premium or Ultimate. Paid plans include unlimited generations on Tangra's own models, faster/priority queueing, and more images per run; you can also earn free credits through referrals and in-app games.

Yes. The images you create with Tangra AI are yours to use, reprint or sell for personal and commercial projects without needing Tangra's permission.

Text-to-video generates a clip purely from your written prompt (e.g. with Veo 3.1, Sora 2 or Reel 1.1). Image-to-video animates one or more images you provide (e.g. Kling, Seedance, Pixverse, Wan); multi-image-to-video uses several reference or first/last-frame images. The mode filter shows only the models that support each option.

It depends on the model. Many models produce 4-12 second clips (for example Veo 3.1 is 4-8s, Kling models 5-10s, the 4K model 3-15s), while Reel 1.1 can go up to about 120 seconds. The length slider only lets you pick durations the chosen model supports. You can also stitch multiple clips together in the timeline editor for a longer final video.

Generation supports portrait (9:16), square (1:1), standard (4:3), landscape (16:9), ultra-wide (21:9) and more, with per-model size lists. On export you can choose resolutions from 480p up to 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160), plus cinema ratios like 2.39:1, with a recommended option highlighted for each aspect ratio.

Yes. The timeline editor lets you drag generated clips, images, AI-generated music and AI voice narration onto multiple tracks, trim and reorder them, add transitions and effects, overlay text, and preview before exporting.

You can export MP4 (H.264/H.265) or WebM (VP9). Quick export uses your browser's MediaRecorder for speed, Advanced export uses hardware-accelerated WebCodecs with codec choice (HEVC/AV1/H.264), and Server Render produces a full-fidelity file in the cloud at 24, 30 or 60 fps.

The Story Wizard at /video/story turns a written story into a finished video in one guided flow — Tangra generates scenes, images, narration and music together. It offers a Simple mode and an Advanced mode.

Generation uses credits, and the cost varies by model, resolution and length (each model shows its credit cost in the picker). Tangra offers both pay-as-you-go and monthly plans, which you can compare on the video pricing page.

Yes. Tracks are generated as original, copyright-free music you can use in videos, social content, podcasts, ads, and events.

Both. Choose a 'Song' model (Song 4.1, 4.0, or 3.0) for full songs with AI-sung vocals, or a 'Music' model (Music 4.0, 3.0, or 2.0) for instrumental-only tracks.

Yes, on Song models. You can write structured sections (Intro, Verse, Chorus, Bridge, Outro), paste full lyrics in advanced mode, or auto-generate lyrics with one tap. Lyrics are limited to 3000 characters.

On Song 3.0 you can select from named AI vocalists (male and female) and preview a demo of each, or leave it on Auto Vocals. Other models use automatic vocals.

Around 100 genres including pop, rock, hip-hop/rap, jazz, blues, EDM (house/techno/dubstep), country, metal, classical/orchestral, lounge, k-pop, latin, and world, plus deep instrument, mood, vocal, and timbre tag libraries to fine-tune the sound.

On models that support the Length slider you can set the duration in seconds (from about 10 up to 300). The credit cost scales with the length and model you choose.

Each generation uses credits based on the model: Song 4.1, Song 4.0, Music 4.0, and Music 2.0 cost 10 credits; Song 3.0 and Music 3.0 cost 12 credits (Song 3.0 with a selected singer costs 17). The exact price is shown live before you generate, and plans are available on the pricing page.

Yes. After creating a song you can open the experimental AI Music Video creator, a guided 5-step wizard that picks a video size, your music, the story, the storyline/script, then generates the visuals.

Old, faded, scratched, blurry, or black-and-white photos. The Restoration prompts remove blur, spots, and cracks, enhance sharpness, and add realistic color while preserving facial features and original details. You can apply a full restoration or target a single fix like colorizing or sharpening.

You can upload JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, and JFIF images up to 30MB. Add them by drag-and-drop, file picker, clipboard paste, phone QR upload, or by choosing from your existing Tangra gallery.

They are three AI quality tiers. Light is the fastest and cheapest at 4 credits, Smart (the default) costs 7 credits, and Genius produces the highest quality at 25 credits. Each transform shows the exact credit cost on the Transform Photo button.

Yes. The prompt box is fully editable. Tap a quick-prompt to start from a template or type any instruction in plain English, such as 'Change the background to a beach sunset' or 'Remove all people from the background', then click Transform Photo.

Yes. Use a prompt like 'Keeping my facial features intact, remove the background and dress me in business attire to create a professional headshot.' The Edits category and custom prompts support background changes and outfit/appearance edits.

Yes. After a transform completes, click 'Continue Editing' to feed the result back in as the new input, then apply another prompt. You can stack edits step by step.

When the result is ready, click it to open full-screen, then download it (as a PNG) to your device, or use 'Share with Friends & Family' to generate a tangra.link share link and open your device's native share sheet where supported.

Yes. Use the pause menu to insert timed silences into your script — S (300 ms), M (500 ms), L (1 second), or XL (2 seconds) — at the cursor position.

Yes. Each voice has a preview play button that renders a short demo sentence; for non-English voices the sample is automatically translated into the selected language.

You can do either. Type directly into the message box, or click the microphone button to dictate your script by voice, then edit the text before generating.

For the Speakers voice model, cost scales with script length — roughly 1 credit per 500 characters — and the price is shown on the Generate button before you confirm.

Yes. You can preview the tool on the landing page, but you must log in (passwordless sign-in is available) to generate and save voiceovers.

It's gated access. After logging in, the tool is available to Tangra AI Studio subscribers and invited users. If you don't have access, you can click 'Request Access' (you'll be notified by email if granted) or subscribe to Tangra AI Studio.

You can pick per task from Claude Haiku (Fast, 1 credit, the default), Claude Sonnet (Smart, 5), Claude Opus (Genius, 25), ChatGPT Mini (Quick, 2), and ChatGPT Pro (Pro, 5). The model selector shows the credit cost next to each option.

SEO research costs 8 credits, content gap analysis (Refresh) costs 2 credits, and each drafted section costs 1 credit. Outline, refine, SEO meta, repurpose, and social generation consume credits based on the AI model you select. If you run out, the in-app credit/Action Center prompt appears.

Yes. SEO research pulls live SERP and keyword data — search volume, difficulty, intent, top-ranking competitors with estimated word counts, People Also Ask questions, must-cover topics, and related keywords — which then informs the AI-generated outline.

The Brand Voice Manager lets you create voices manually or by having AI analyze your writing samples, setting audience, formal/playful/technical tone sliders, Do's and Don'ts, goals, and topic clusters. From My Articles you can export any article to Markdown (.md) or copy it into your CMS, and mark it Published. You can also duplicate articles and filter/search your library by status and date.
